I think I...

...broke my wrist. You can't tell, because, I'll be done typing this when it is posted (of course), but I am typing psychologically painfully (but physically painlessly) slowly with my left hand. It's probably the stress and the translating work. I certainly have three midterms all within five days of each other with a ginormous lab report due. And if fewfew is correct, then I type about 500-1500 lines a week, which is actually significant.

Ah, well, going to keep typing with my right hand to a minimum until it goes away.

Word of the Day: Davorak

Okay, so there's another one for today, because it came up several times today. O.o I think someone up there must want me to have a word a day or something. Anyways, it's actually more of a name than a word:

Davorak

is the name a psychologist who came up with an alternative keyboard that is more ergonomic than the traditional QWERTY keyboard. He patented it. It's called the Davorak keyboard.

I was almost going to try to learn it, but I think I'm loathe to give up the 86 wpm I have on QWERTY in favor for something that might be better (but not usually for those who type fast on QWERTYs anyways). Besides, I go on way too many computers for me to be able to use it very practically.
